White-Label Partnership Policy

Effective Date: 9th April, 2026

This White-Label Policy applies to all white-label services provided by Beunique Agency, operated by Beunique Labs Pvt Ltd (“Beunique”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

This policy governs the relationship between Beunique and its white-label partners (“Partner”, “you”).

By engaging in a white-label partnership with Beunique, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. White-Label Model

1.1 Nature of Partnership

Beunique provides services on a white-label basis, allowing partners to:

  • Resell Beunique’s services under their own brand
  • Present all deliverables as their own

1.2 Service Scope

All services are delivered under Beunique’s structured systems, including:

  • Authority Engine
  • Revenue Engine
  • Product Engine
  • Growth Engine (Bundle)

2. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

2.1 Confidential Nature

All work performed under white-label agreements is strictly confidential.

2.2 Brand Protection

  • Beunique will not publicly claim credit for white-label work
  • No association with Beunique will be disclosed to the end client unless explicitly agreed

3. Branding & Representation

3.1 White-Label Delivery

All deliverables will be:

  • Fully unbranded or branded under the partner’s identity
  • Delivered in a manner that supports the partner’s brand presence

3.2 Identity Protection

Beunique’s identity, systems, and internal processes will remain undisclosed to the end client.

4. Client Communication

4.1 Direct Communication Model

Beunique may communicate directly with the end client for:

  • Strategy discussions
  • Clarifications
  • Execution alignment

4.2 Representation

  • All communication will be conducted on behalf of the partner
  • Beunique will not disclose its identity or role unless authorized

4.3 Transparency with Partner

  • The partner will remain informed of all communication and progress
  • Updates will be accessible via shared systems or dashboards

5. Workflow & Systems

5.1 Operational Platform

All work is managed through Beunique’s internal systems (e.g., ClickUp).

5.2 Collaboration Flow

  • Partner and client interactions are aligned through Beunique’s workflow
  • End clients may be involved where necessary for execution clarity

5.3 Service Model

All white-label services follow the same:

  • Subscription model
  • Queue system
  • Fair Usage Policy
  • SLA commitments

6. Pricing & Commercial Terms

6.1 Partner Pricing

  • Beunique charges the partner based on its standard pricing structure

6.2 Resale Pricing

  • Partners are free to set their own pricing for end clients

6.3 Margin Responsibility

  • Profit margins are solely determined and managed by the partner

7. Non-Circumvention

7.1 Protection of Partner Clients

Beunique agrees:

  • Not to directly solicit or engage with the partner’s clients outside the scope of the white-label agreement

7.2 Protection of Beunique

Partners agree:

  • Not to replicate, reverse-engineer, or misuse Beunique’s systems, workflows, or processes

8. Ownership & Relationship

8.1 Client Ownership

  • The end client relationship is owned by the partner

8.2 Deliverables

  • Final deliverables are owned by the end client (via the partner) upon full payment

9. Responsibility & Execution

9.1 Beunique Responsibilities

Beunique is responsible for:

  • Strategy
  • Execution
  • Delivery
  • Performance optimization

9.2 Partner Responsibilities

The partner is responsible for:

  • Client acquisition
  • Commercial agreements
  • Billing and payment collection (if applicable)

10. Revisions & Service Model

10.1 Standard System

All work follows Beunique’s standard policies, including:

  • One active task at a time (per engine where applicable)
  • Queue-based execution
  • Unlimited revisions within scope

11. Liability

11.1 Limitation

Beunique’s liability is limited to the partner, not the end client.

11.2 No Direct Liability

Beunique shall not be held liable for:

  • Claims made by the end client
  • Business outcomes or performance results

12. Termination of Partnership

12.1 Termination Rights

Either party may terminate the partnership in accordance with agreed terms.

12.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • All services will cease immediately
  • No direct relationship between Beunique and the end client will continue
  • No transfer of engagement will occur

13. Exclusivity

13.1 Non-Exclusive Agreement

  • All white-label partnerships are non-exclusive
  • Beunique may work with multiple partners across industries

14. Portfolio Restriction

14.1 No Public Display

  • Beunique will not showcase or publish white-label work in:

    • Portfolio
    • Case studies
    • Marketing materials

15. Final Authority

15.1 Discretion

Beunique retains the right to:

  • Manage execution workflows
  • Interpret this policy
  • Take necessary action to protect its systems and operations

15.2 Binding Nature

All decisions made under this policy are final and binding.

16. Acceptance

By entering into a white-label partnership with Beunique, you acknowledge that:

  • You understand and agree to this model
  • You accept all terms outlined in this policy
  • You agree to operate within Beunique’s systems and structure
