This policy explains what personal data Beunique Labs Pvt. Ltd. (“Beunique”, “we”) collects through beunique.agency and our projects, and what we do with it. We are the company responsible for that data.

1. What we collect

When you book a call or fill in a form: your name, email, company and your answers.
When we work together: call notes, messages, the files and information you share, and your billing details such as billing name, address and tax ID.
When you refer someone: your name, contact details and payout details, and the name and company of the founder you introduce.
When you visit the site: basic usage data such as pages viewed, device type and rough location, collected through cookies. See our Cookie Policy.

We don’t collect card numbers. Payments are bank transfers handled by our payment partner. If we want to record a call, we ask you first.

2. Why we use it

To run calls and reply to you. We do this because you asked us to.
To deliver your project. We need this to carry out our contract with you.
To send invoices, receive payments and pay referral rewards. We need this to carry out our contract with you.
To meet our tax and legal duties. The law requires it.
To understand how the site is used. We do this only with your consent, through analytics cookies.

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it to make automated decisions about you. We send marketing emails only if you asked for them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

3. Who we share it with

We share data only with the services that help us run the business:

Cal.com, for call bookings
Private project board tool used for your project
Xflow, for payments
Google Analytics, for site usage
Design and AI tools we use to produce your work, such as Figma
Our website host, email provider and accountant

These services may use your data only to provide their service to us. Some of them are outside India, so your data may be stored or processed in other countries under the safeguards in their terms. We also share data when the law requires it.

4. Data about other people

If you introduce a founder to us, make sure they are happy for you to share their details.
Please don’t send us real personal data about your own users or customers unless we agree it is needed for the project.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t become projects: up to 12 months
Project files: while you are a client and for up to 2 years after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner
Invoices and payment records: for as long as Indian tax and company law requires

6. How we protect it

Only people working on your project can access your data, and we use tools with access controls. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you as the law requires.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or to give you a copy.
You can withdraw your consent or object to how we use your data.
If you are in India, you can name another person to use these rights for you, and you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
If you are in the EU or UK, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Write to us through our contact form and we will reply within 30 days. We may need to keep some records, such as invoices, where the law requires it.

8. Children

Our services are for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date.
