This Affiliate Partner Policy applies to all referral and affiliate partnerships with Beunique Agency, operated by Beunique Labs Pvt Ltd (“Beunique”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By participating in our affiliate program, you (“Affiliate”, “Partner”, “you”) agree to the terms outlined below.

The Beunique Affiliate Program allows individuals and businesses to:

- Earn commissions on successful referrals
1.2 Nature of Relationship
Affiliates act solely as referral partners and do not represent Beunique as employees, agents, or legal representatives.
2. Commission Structure
2.1 Commission Rate
Affiliates earn:
👉 15% recurring commission (lifetime) on all successful client subscriptions.
2.2 Eligibility
Commissions apply only when:
- A referred client successfully subscribes
- Payment is completed and cleared
3. Recurring Commission Terms
3.1 Lifetime Earnings
Affiliates will receive recurring commissions for as long as:
- The referred client remains an active paying customer
3.2 Continuity
Commissions continue across:
- Renewals
- Ongoing subscription cycles
4. Payout Terms
4.1 Payment Condition
Commissions are paid only after:
- The client’s payment has been successfully processed and cleared
4.2 Payout Schedule
- Payouts are processed on a periodic basis (e.g., monthly)
4.3 Minimum Threshold
- Minimum payout amount:

Any unpaid balance below this threshold will roll over to the next cycle.
5. Tracking & Attribution
5.1 Tracking Methods
Referrals may be tracked through:
- Unique referral links
- Coupon codes
- Manual attribution (where applicable)
5.2 Attribution Rights
Beunique reserves the right to determine:
- Validity of referrals
- Final attribution of commissions
6. Commission Adjustments
6.1 Failed Payments
No commission will be paid if:
- A client’s payment fails
- Subscription is not completed
6.2 Chargebacks & Disputes
If a payment is reversed due to:
- Chargeback
- Payment dispute
Then:
- Associated commissions may be cancelled or reversed
7. Self-Referral Restriction
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:
- Referring themselves
- Creating accounts to earn commissions on their own purchases
Violation may result in:
- Immediate removal from the program
- Forfeiture of commissions
8. Promotion Guidelines
8.1 Allowed Promotion
Affiliates may promote Beunique through:
- Content
- Ads
- Social media
- Personal networks
8.2 Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not:
- Make false or misleading claims (e.g., “guaranteed results”)
- Spam or use unethical marketing practices
- Misrepresent Beunique’s services
9. Brand Usage
9.1 Permitted Use
Affiliates may use:
- Brand name
- Approved marketing materials
9.2 Restrictions
- Any use must align with Beunique’s brand positioning
- Misuse or misrepresentation is strictly prohibited
10. Client Relationship
10.1 Ownership
- All referred clients become direct clients of Beunique
- Affiliates do not own or control the client relationship
10.2 Role Limitation
Affiliates are responsible only for:

11. Misconduct & Enforcement

- Suspension from the program
- Termination of affiliate account
- Cancellation of pending or future commissions
12. Termination
12.1 Termination Rights
Beunique reserves the right to:
- Approve or reject any affiliate
- Terminate participation at any time
12.2 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Future commissions may be discontinued
- Any unpaid commissions may be forfeited in case of violation
13. International Payments & Taxes
13.1 Global Participation
The affiliate program is open to participants globally.
13.2 Tax Responsibility
Affiliates are solely responsible for:
- Reporting income
- Paying applicable taxes in their jurisdiction
14. Final Authority
14.1 Discretion
Beunique retains full authority to:
- Interpret this policy
- Approve commissions
- Take necessary action to protect its business
14.2 Binding Nature
All decisions made under this policy are final and binding.

By participating in the Beunique Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that:
