By subscribing to our services, you (“Client”, “you”) agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Purpose of Fair Usage

Beunique operates on a subscription-based model, which includes access to ongoing services.

This policy ensures:

  • Balanced workload across clients
  • High-quality output
  • Consistent and efficient delivery

1.2 Nature of “Unlimited”

“Unlimited” access refers to the ability to submit requests without a fixed cap, subject to:

  • Queue system
  • Active task limits
  • Reasonable and fair usage

2. Request & Queue System

2.1 Request Submission

Clients may submit multiple requests at any time.

2.2 Active Task Limit

  • Only one task is actively worked on at a time per subscription
  • For bundled or Growth plans:

    • One active task per engine may be worked on simultaneously

2.3 Queue Management

  • All additional requests are placed in a queue
  • Tasks are executed based on:

    • Strategic priority
    • Business impact
    • Workflow efficiency

3. Task Complexity & Scope

3.1 Task Types

Tasks may vary in complexity, including but not limited to:

  • Quick design or content edits
  • Campaign setup and optimization
  • Full-scale deliverables (e.g., websites, funnels)

3.2 Complex Tasks

Large or complex tasks:

  • May be broken into smaller phases
  • May require extended timelines (7–10+ days or more)
  • Are handled progressively within the system

4. Strategic Priority

4.1 Strategy-First Approach

All work is executed based on strategy and long-term impact, not purely on request order.

4.2 Priority Rules

  • Authority & Revenue Engine tasks are strictly strategy-driven
  • Product Engine (design) tasks may consider client urgency where feasible

4.3 Final Decision

Beunique retains the right to determine:

  • Task prioritization
  • Execution sequence

5. Turnaround Expectations

5.1 Standard Timeline

  • Most tasks are updated within 48–72 business hours

5.2 Flexibility

Turnaround times are:

  • Estimates, not guarantees
  • Dependent on:

    • Task complexity
    • Scope
    • Current workload

6. Revisions & Iterations

6.1 Revision Policy

  • Unlimited revisions are supported within scope

6.2 Direction Changes

  • Frequent or significant direction changes may:

    • Affect timelines
    • Shift task priority

7. Misuse & Abuse of Service

7.1 Definition of Abuse

The following may be considered misuse of the service:

  • Constantly changing requirements without direction
  • Ignoring agreed strategy and submitting unrelated tasks
  • Expecting unrealistic deadlines or delivery speeds
  • Attempting to override system workflows

7.2 Impact

Such behavior may:

  • Disrupt workflow
  • Affect service quality for all clients

8. Enforcement & Actions

8.1 Right to Enforce

Beunique reserves the right to take action if usage is deemed unreasonable.

8.2 Enforcement Steps

Actions may include:

  1. Warning
  2. Service Pause
  3. Termination of Subscription
  4. Permanent Restriction from Future Services

9. Client Conduct & Prohibited Use

9.1 Acceptable Conduct

Clients are expected to:

  • Communicate respectfully
  • Collaborate within the defined system

9.2 Prohibited Use

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Use of services for illegal or unethical activities
  • Abusive, disrespectful, or harmful communication
  • Unauthorized reselling of services (excluding approved white-label partnerships)

10. Output Expectations

10.1 Nature of Output

Service output is not defined by volume, but by:

  • Strategic execution
  • Quality of work
  • Business impact

10.2 No Volume Guarantee

“Unlimited” does not mean:

  • Unlimited simultaneous output
  • Instant turnaround
  • Continuous high-volume delivery

11. Final Authority

11.1 Discretion

Beunique retains sole discretion to determine:

  • What constitutes fair usage
  • What qualifies as misuse or abuse
  • Appropriate action in each case

11.2 Binding Decision

All decisions made under this policy are final and binding.
